Wang Ling (王零) is a student of the dual Ph.D. program in Computer Science between Carnegie Mellon University and Instituto Superior Técnico, where he also received his master degree in 2009. His Ph.D. work focuses on Automatic Speech Translation, which covers the areas of Speech Processing and Machine Translation. He decided to apply to the dual-degree program because it gives him the opportunity to work with great minds in the field of Language Processing, both in US and in Portugal. &lt;br /&gt;
