Learning Exercise 3

This segment presupposes that you have worked your way through Learning Exercises 1 and 2 and have a good knowledge of the SAL Noun coding scheme.

In each Exercise that follows, you will be presented with a cross-section of nouns from all the Noun Supersets, sets, and subsets.  This will give you a chance to test your facility in identifying nouns from the entire SAL noun spectrum.

As in the previous two exercises, the mnemonic codes can be found by clicking on the noun.  You will then be taken to the section in the tutorial describing the noun in question and its correct SAL menemonic code.  However, we recommend that you enter the mnemonic code for each noun in the white box first, then click to match your answer with the correct one.
